These are the cutoff times for the shipping methods you are able to select on our website for your order to arrive on or by Christmas day. Make sure you choose the right option according to their shipping times. We can not guarantee your packages will arrive in time once we hand them to the shipping carrier. As long as you place your order by the "order-by" date, we will do our best to get it on the road as soon as possible.

United Parcel Service (UPS) offers a money-back guaranteed delivery time frame on their 3 day, 2 day, and next day services and is the right choice for shipments that HAVE to be delivered on time. However, even their guarantee is affected and may even be nullified by their adjusted guarantee policy based on holiday shipping volume (see their website here).

United States Postal Service does not guarantee their delivery periods, which is part of the reason why it is so much more affordable. Although they are very good at delivering on time, there is no guarantee and will be no refund for transit times in excess of the estimate
