Baratza Refurbs
At Baratza, we firmly believe that we can be a successful, profitable company and look after people and our planet. We have two vigorous industry-leading programs that help support our goal of reducing waste to the landfills and support our customers – Grinder Repair Program and Refurbished Grinders. Refurbished grinders can be preowned grinders that are part of our warranty program or they are grinders which we have loaned out to support coffee community events such as SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) meetings. In all cases, they have been fixed, cleaned, and updated to the newest parts, but may have minor blemishes and scratches from previous use. All Baratza refurbs come with a 1-year warranty. We put new refurbs up on our web site as they become available based on what grinders get returned to us. We sell out extremely quickly of the lower-priced models (Encore and Virtuoso) as people often go for these as their entry point on their new coffee journey or when moving to a burr grinder, from a lower end whirly blade, etc. These refurbished units are only available in the US and we do not keep a waiting list or sell on backorder sorry.
