TRANSIT TIMES NOT GUARANTEED (Novel COVID-19)
Effective March 24, 2020 and until further notice, the UPS Service Guarantee is suspended for all U.S. origin shipments (U.S. Domestic and International) at any service level. As the effects of the Coronavirus impact our infrastructure, we will continue to seek guidance from local, state, and national government entities to ensure that we fully align with their regulations while continuing to meet the service levels you have come to expect. We ship to all 50 United States and to Canada. We ship to PR and other US territories. We are able to fulfill shipments of some items to APO/military addresses but weight and other restrictions may apply. We also ship parts anywhere so long as PayPal accepts transactions from that country or region. We currently do not ship grinder orders of any kind internationally – please use our contact form for questions about international orders. Our cutoff time for order processing and fulfillment is same day 10AM PST Monday to Friday 1,2. We only ship Monday to Friday* from our Bellevue WA Headquarters.

Carriers and Options
Our current shipping providers (Carriers) are UPS and USPS. The specific available options provided by each will show up at checkout and before you finish placing your order. You are responsible for choosing the appropriate shipping method that best fits your desired timing for your delivery. In general, shipping carrier timing estimates are our best effort and not guaranteed.
Baratza is not a carrier service and as such has little to no control over packages once they leave our facility. Please see separate shipping policies for your carrier of choice. All of our products and parts are shipped from our warehouse and HQ in Bellevue, WA 98005 US.
First Class Mail (1-6 Days Estimated Transit Time), Priority Mail (2-3 Days Estimated Transit Time)
Outside of the United States including Canada:
First Class Mail International (1-8 Weeks Estimated Transit Time), Priority Mail International (6-10 Days Estimated Transit Time)
UPS Ground (Typically in 1 – 5 days, not guaranteed)
UPS 3 Day (Delivery end of the third business day after fulfillment. 48 contiguous states)
UPS Second Day (Delivery before the end of the second business day after fulfillment. AK and HI may require more transit time)
UPS Next Day (Delivery end of the next business day after fulfillment)
Outside of the United States including Canada:

If you absolutely need your package by a certain date, you must choose 3 Day Select, Second Day or Next Day Air as these services are contractually backed by UPS via a money-back guarantee. These services are the most reliable except during holiday season – changes may apply.UPS does not count the day of pick up as time in transit. If ordering after 10am PST, your order will ship out on the following business day.
Damaged, Missing, Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise
Please report damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise immediately and no later than 7 business days after delivery.
Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process.
Please note that we often ship orders in multiple packages. However, if items are apparently missing from your order, please report it to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.
Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise
If any item is not working properly, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can help you troubleshoot to determine the issue and/or send a replacement.

Taxes and Fees
State sales tax may be applicable outside of Washington state and is assessed during checkout.
We make every effort to keep a level playing field for all our resellers and for that reason do not offer general discount codes.
If your shipping and billing information do not match, and your order is over $100, the order will be flagged for further review due to concern of fraud. Unfortunately this may lead to a delay and prevent fulfillment of your order in the time frame indicated above.
