Shipping Policy
Baratza’s goal is to provide high quality service and we put our utmost effort to provide accurate and prompt fulfillment. Please take a moment to review this policy in case you’re unsure about our mailing options and want to know what to expect regarding delivery and receipt of your order.
UPS TRANSIT TIMES NOT GUARANTEED
Effective March 24, 2020 and until further notice, the UPS Service Guarantee is suspended for many shipping methods. Please visit the UPS website for more information.
Standard Terms
We ship to all 50 United States. Unfortunately, at this time are not able to ship to Puerto Rico or other US territories. We are also unable to fulfill shipments of some items to APO/military addresses. If you are in Canada or a US territory and need to order a spare part, please contact our support team here.
Orders generally ship within 5-7 business days. You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Carriers and Options
We currently only offer a single “Standard Shipping” method. Your order will ship either via USPS or UPS Ground depending on the size and weight of the package and your location.
Baratza is not a carrier service and as such has little to no control over packages once they leave our facility. We reserve the right to restrict delivery to addresses within the U.S. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping, please contact us at: [email protected].
Damaged, Missing, Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise
Please report damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise to our Support team immediately and no later than 7 business days after delivery.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process.
MISSING MERCHANDISE
Please note that we often ship orders in multiple packages. However, if items are apparently missing from your order, please report it to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.
DEFECTIVE OR MALFUNCTIONING NEW MERCHANDISE
If any item is not working properly, please contact us immediately so that we can help you troubleshoot to determine the issue and/or send a replacement.

TAXES AND FEES
State sales tax may be applicable and is assessed during checkout.
FRAUD
If your shipping and billing information do not match, and your order is over $100, the order will be flagged for further review due to concern of fraud. Unfortunately, this may lead to a delay and prevent fulfillment of your order in the time frame indicated above.
