Return Policy
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Baratza product from Baratza USA, you may be eligible to return the product to Baratza within 30 days from receipt of shipment. Please contact us for a return label to return the product.
Terms and conditions of the Return & Refund Policy:
- The product must have been purchased directly from Baratza USA (from Baratza.com). Baratza cannot accept returns of Baratza appliances purchased from other retailers or resellers. To inquire about a returning a product purchased from a reseller, we recommend the consumer reach out to the reseller directly.
- The purchased product must be in brand new condition with original packaging and accessories.
- Please contact us to begin the return process. Please do not return your appliance to Baratza without first obtaining a Baratza-issued return label. Please note that Baratza is not responsible for appliance that is lost or damaged without following our return process and without obtaining a Baratza-issued label with an RMA number.
- If the item is returnable and is sent back to us packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the appliance, AND has a Baratza-issued return label attached, Baratza will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.
