This allows our growing Baratza team to attend and be immersed in the wonderful madness that is EXPO and the annual pinnacle gathering of our Specialty Coffee community. Come see us in Booth #2219. We have an updated Sette 270W – the ‘Wi‘ and we’re excited for our cool new look this year. Our innovative new booth was designed and built in-house with clever features like exoskeletons!!

NEW PRODUCT: Release of Sette 270 Wi

We have worked all year with our partner Acaia to make significant improvements with the weight accuracy and repeatability of the Sette 270W. The updated grinder                    will be called the Sette 270Wi and will be available 4/25.

“The 270Wi is a 270W further refined with over 32 separate mechanical, electrical and software improvements that allow it to shine in an imperfect world, while at the same time making it more user friendly. By filtering out the bumps, jolts or vibrations that may come from heavy footsteps, door closures or rowdy apartment mates, the Wi delivers the user, better accuracy and repeatability. The intelligent logic utilizes historic data and grinding speed to automatically adjust the stop point to deliver the desired grind weight, even when making changes to the beans, the grind or the dose.”

BrewBar in our booth:

Coffee tastiness will abound on our brew bar thanks to a host of wonderful guest roasters and baristas who will brew up their delicious coffees when you visit our booth. Coffees from Camber, Peixoto, Wrecking Ball, Five Senses, Chocolate Fish Coffee, Counter Culture Coffee, and Temple will be brewed by a brilliantly talented group, on gear from our equipment partners Slayer, Fellow, Acaia, December Dripper.


We are the prize sponsors again this year for the US Barista, Brewers Cup, Roasters, Latte Art and Cup Tasters Competitions.
